The short version: this site is a catalogue, not a shop counter. Nothing here is a binding offer until we have quoted you in writing and you have accepted it.
1.The catalogue is an invitation, not an offer
We publish no prices and take no payment on this site. Adding products to a quote list and sending it is a request for a quote — it does not form a contract and does not reserve stock. A sale is agreed when we give you a written quote and you accept it.
2.Stock and availability
Stock status is kept as current as we can make it, but it can change between your reading it and our receiving your request, particularly on large quantities. Where an item is marked made to order, the lead time shown is an estimate given in good faith.
3.Quotes
Prices we quote depend on quantity, size mix and specification, and hold for the period stated on the quote. Beyond that period we will requote, since our own supply costs move.
4.Accounts
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. We may close an account that is used to abuse the quote system.
5.Liability
We stand behind what we sell: goods that arrive faulty, damaged or not as described will be put right. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Rwandan consumer law.
6.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Rwanda.
