We are a safety equipment shop, not an advertising business. We collect the few details we need to quote for your order and answer your questions, and nothing else.
1.What we collect
When you send a quote request we record your name, your phone number, the company you gave if any, your message and the products on your list. If you create an account we also hold your email address and your password, stored only as a one-way hash that nobody here can read. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs.
2.Why we collect it
To prepare your quote, to reach you about it, and to keep a record of what was quoted so we can honour it later. If you have an account, so you can see your past requests and send one again without retyping it.
3.WhatsApp
Sending a quote request opens WhatsApp with your list written into a message. That message travels through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy terms, not ours. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, call us or email us instead — the details are on the contact page.
4.Cookies
Two, both necessary. One remembers the language you chose. One keeps you signed in if you have an account. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site, so there is nothing to consent to and no third-party cookie to refuse. Your quote list is held in your own browser until you send it.
5.Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Your data is held on our hosting and database provider's servers on our behalf, and is disclosed further only where the law requires it.
6.How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as a business record for as long as they are useful, and reviewed periodically. Account details are kept until you ask us to close the account.
7.Your rights
Under Rwanda's Law No. 058/2021 on the protection of personal data and privacy you may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
